I want my money back it didnt find my Fitbit and didnt even pick up other fitbits in the house

This thing has helped me several times. Its great!

Love this app. I have used it indoors and out. The FitBit finder has definitely saved me stress and loss of steps.

Used this app and found my just the chip part on a thick soccer field, in the dark! (Took awhile but it worked!)

It took about 5 mins to find it... Dont give up on it. Keep walking around the house slowly and you will find it. Total life saver!!!!

Wasted my time and money!!!

Lost my Fitbit in the woods behind my house, lots of damp leaves and underbrush. I tried using the alarm function several times, with no luck. Thankfully, I was close enough to the house that I had a wifi connection, so I downloaded Find my Fitbit. It took a few minutes, and as the directions say, you need to go slow, but I indeed found it. For giggles, I set the alarm one more time. Standing above the Fitbit, I could not hear the alarm, the leaves absorbed all the noise. The only drawbacks are that the app does not provide the direction, only relative proximity. Also, even when next to the Fitbit, the app does not read the maximum 7 of 7 bars. Overall, a very useful app, and much better than spending the money for a new device.

Knew my fit bit was at home because it synced. But after Looking everywhere I still could not find it. Because of the badly designed Alta band clasp, It has fallen off a few times but always found it. I was suspect that this app would succeed in finding it, but with the cold/hot feature, I located it a suitcase out in the garage I had been in earlier that day. Needless to say I was delighted to have found it.

I lost my Fitbit yesterday and had been looking frantically for it. I downloaded this app and found it in less than 3 minutes. Im so grateful. Time to start walking....!

It cant even find the Fitbit on my wrist The only way I found mine was by syncing to my phone I want my money back?

Lost my Charge HR, found it using this app...after I used another app that had readings all over the place and no reading in the room where I found it. Great App and worth every penny. The Hot Cold made it easy to locate. Thanks.

Used three times in the last month to find my Fitbit one and my daughters Fitbit one. Well worth the money!!!

App says it found a charge but never gets any warmer no matter which way I go. Then I look and it say the regular Charge isnt supported. Would have been nice to specify that before purchasing the app. Now I disconnected it from my Fitbit app and have no chance of seeing where I sync. Not happy with this at all

Used it to identify whether it was in my house which it was. At only a 100 ft radius not as good as find my iPhone but Ive only lost the Fitbit in the house. Found it successfully!!

I love that it detects multiple signals & you can choose which one you want to pursue! It helped me find my Fitbit after I looked everywhere for DAYS! My ONLY complaint is I was right on top of it & didnt even realize it cuz it only registered as "hot". If nothing else it really helps you determine where to focus on. Thank you!!!

Ive used this app dozens of times! Just today it helped me find my missing Fitbit at a trailhead in the mountains where I had been hiking. My Fitbit wouldve been long gone by now without this app. Worth every penny!

The app will only tell you what type of device it "hears" but cant tell you anything to be sure it is your Fitbit. I just spent 45 minutes tracking a signal but never found it. The right Fitbit was in my pants cuff the whole time. It had stopped talking to my iPhone and needed to be "reset". So bad on Fitbit for flakey devices and double bad on this stupid program for not giving a clue about which device is which. Apple Watch 2 and I can trash this junk.
